THE HOME INSPECTION QUIZ

Your first mistake- If you do not do your homework BEFORE you hire a home inspection provider, in all liklihood, you may get burned.  
"If you are calling services and only ask: How much and when can you do it. . . is that really all you want to know??"  Do you want cheap or the best. You cant have both!!   Why?  Because the best, most knowledgeable inspectors will cost more.  Think about it:  One major item missed means you will end up paying to fix it.  "CHEAP" inspections are just that . . . "Cheap". 
     Our advice:  WE DONT DO "CHEAP INSPECTIONS" !! YOU TOOK TIME TO SHOP FOR A HOME, NOW TAKE TIME TO CALL US. 

The journey- Buying a home is hard work. If it wasn't, then everybody would have a home. The home buying process is a pre-determined set of steps all leading up to the closing.  After you have found that "perfect" home, the home inspection is the next major step in that process. Having the "right" home inspector on board makes all the difference.

The nightmare-  What would be worse than buying a home and finding out it had major defects.  How about, buying a home, after you paid for a home inspection, and found it had major defects. Could this happen to you? SURE IT CAN!!
   Our advise: RETAIN SOMEONE WITH 30 YEARS  EXPERIENCE AND A  SKILL-SET PROFESSIONAL.

The investigation- Gathering hidden clues and information, discussing that information with you on site,  drawing conclusion about that information and making sound recommendations is an INVESTIGATION . . not an inspection.

The expectation- There are no "perfect" homes. We know some pretty close but we won't say where they are. "Its a secret". Expect that there may be the need to accept some deficiencies and negotiate others. There is always a give and take scenario.

The education- Our home inspection service is not about FINDING FAULTS , but about educating clients on the strengths and weaknesses of their prospective purchase.  Knowing how structures stand up and systems work takes years of study, formal and continuing education and a thirst for knowledge. The report- We do not do checklist report.  That is back in the stone age!!   A thorough inspection report  is the backbone of our service. To convey a clear and concise report that reflects the "true and accurate" condition of the property. We itemize and sort out the significant defects and provide input on necessary repairs and sugggested improvements.  A complete computer generated report, with photos to back up our findings, are the true tools of a professional.  We then upload your report for easy  viewing by you and your broker.  Contract deadlines are short so decisions need to be made quickly and accurately.
              YOU WOULD NOT WANT IT ANY OTHER WAY.
